I like this idea, and I'll start talking it up everywhere that I can come up with a reason to mention it...The good thing is, it's very easy to bring stuff like this up in a conversation with those sort (i.e.: standards group(s), the design commmunity & our members ; )  Next question: When? i think we should be able to pull things together after thanksgiving and before the holiday party season. first week in december? if not then, second or third week in january.
